Unfinished wood 1:12 scale (1 inch scale) miniature crossbuck Dutch door with a clear acrylic window in the upper half and a four pane transom window above, set in its own door frame. The top and bottom halves are hinged separately, so you can open the upper half on its own, swing the lower half open as a pet door while the top stays closed, or open both together. A door knob is not included, and back trim is sold separately. Install it into your own wall opening, using the door jamb dimension below to size the opening. You can cut, sand, paint or stain it to match your build, then glue or fit it into place.
