If you choose a shipping option without tracking at checkout, please keep in mind that there is no way for us to track your package. If it is lost in the mail, we can't cover it, with no exceptions.

If you notice a wrong address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We are not responsible once the parcel has shipped. Mail carriers won't search for your unit, so please make sure your unit number is part of your shipping address.

For all European, Singapore and some US orders, the invoice must be attached to the OUTSIDE of the box to stop you from being taxed twice. If you would like us to put the invoice inside the box instead and are willing to take that risk, please let us know.

No. Orders to the United States and the United Kingdom are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no extra charges for you. We prepay all duties and fees in advance. The payment you make at checkout is the only payment required. No hidden charges, no surprises. Peace ✌️

For all other countries outside Canada, local customs, duty or brokerage fees may be charged on delivery.

Take photos of the broken item and its packaging and email them to service@mforminiatures.ca within 7 days of delivery. We will take it from there.

Once we receive your returned items, the shipping cost we originally covered, plus any tariff costs, will be deducted from your refund. For orders without free shipping, only tariff costs (if any) will be deducted. See our Refund policy for full details.

While our items are listed with their scales (1:6 or 1:12), actual sizes may vary because real-life items differ in size. We strongly recommend checking the measurements on the product page and comparing them to your dollhouse items BEFORE placing an order.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and agree to the scale and size details on the product page. Returns because of a personal preference in scale or size are not accepted.

It means the listing includes exactly 4 pieces, no more and no less. We use this naming style across our entire store.

Some items, including small metal parts, may have sharp edges or points, or include glass; handle with care. Items with an adhesive backing should be kept away from heat and flame. Use adhesives, paints and finishes in a ventilated area and follow their makers' instructions. Dispose of packaging according to local recycling rules.

Food safe? No. None of the items in our store can be used as cookware.
