Shipping & tracking
Tracking
If you choose a shipping option without tracking, there is no way for us to track your parcel, and we can't cover it if it is lost in the mail.
Your address
Please include your apartment or unit number, as mail carriers won't search for it. If you notice a wrong address after ordering, contact us right away. We are not responsible once the parcel has shipped.
Invoice outside the box
For all European, Singapore and some US orders, the invoice must be attached to the outside of the box so you aren't taxed twice. Let us know if you would rather have it inside and are willing to take that risk.
Duties, returns & damaged items
Duties (US and UK)
Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so the payment at checkout is the only payment required. For other countries outside Canada, local customs, duty or brokerage fees may be charged on delivery.
Damaged items
Email photos of the broken item and its packaging to service@mforminiatures.ca within 7 days of delivery. We will take it from there.
Returns from free-shipping orders (US and Canada)
The shipping cost we originally covered, plus any tariff costs, will be deducted from your refund. For orders without free shipping, only tariff costs (if any) are deducted. See our Refund policy.
Sizes & scale
Check the measurements
Our items are listed with their scales (1:6 or 1:12), but actual sizes vary because real-life items differ in size. Please compare the measurements on the product page with your dollhouse items before ordering. Returns because of a personal preference in scale or size are not accepted.
What does "Set of 4" mean?
Exactly 4 pieces, no more and no less. We use this naming style across our entire store.
Safety
WARNING: Not a toy. For adult collectors and hobbyists aged 14 and over. Contains small parts, which are a choking hazard. Keep away from children and pets. For display use only.
Some items, including small metal parts, may have sharp edges or points, or include glass; handle with care. Items with an adhesive backing should be kept away from heat and flame. Use adhesives, paints and finishes in a ventilated area and follow their makers' instructions. Dispose of packaging according to local recycling rules.
Food safe? No. None of the items in our store can be used as cookware.
