We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to cancel or return an order
The quickest way is online: sign in at account.mforminiatures.com (no password needed, we email you a one-time code), open your order and choose Cancel or Return. You can also email us at service@mforminiatures.ca. Once your return is approved, we'll email you the return address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.

Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll cover return shipping. Please see below.

Returns from free-shipping orders
If you return items from an order that shipped for free (US and Canadian orders), the shipping cost we originally paid, plus any tariff costs, will be deducted from your refund. For orders without free shipping, only tariff costs (if any) will be deducted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or special-order items and gift cards cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Customers in the European Union
If you live in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving a reason. To withdraw, use Cancel or Return in your account, or email service@mforminiatures.ca with your name and order number, and we'll confirm by email. We'll refund the price paid and the shipping you paid within 14 days of your withdrawal, though we may wait until the items are back with us or you've shown proof of posting. You pay the cost of returning the items. Custom or special-order items are excluded.
