Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders ship within 3 business days of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Delays can happen during busy periods or bad weather. We'll contact you if your order will take longer.
Where we ship
We ship from Vancouver, Canada to Canada, the United States, and selected countries in Asia and Europe. Some European destinations are available only for certain products, so the countries offered at checkout can depend on what is in your cart. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us at service@mforminiatures.ca and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping rates and methods
Rates are based on your order's weight and destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Canada: Canada Post with tracking. For small envelope orders (up to 4 small items) you can also choose Lettermail, anywhere in Canada. It is cheaper but has no tracking and no insurance.
- United States: USPS, usually 4-8 business days after shipping.
- International: Standard International shipping. Delivery times vary by country.
Free shipping
United States: orders of $45 USD or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Canada: orders of $100 CAD or more ship free by Canada Post Tracked, also applied automatically at checkout.
Packaging
Miniatures are delicate, so every order is packed with protective wrap in a sturdy box or padded mailer.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. If a tracked parcel is lost, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. We can't cover parcels sent by untracked Lettermail once they've left our hands. If an item needs replacing and is no longer available, we'll offer a similar item or a refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that was provided at checkout.
Customs and duties (outside Canada)
Orders to the United States and the United Kingdom are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): duties and import taxes are already included, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
European Union and Norway: these orders are shipped duty and tax unpaid. We are not registered for IOSS, so your postal service or courier will collect import VAT, and usually a small handling fee, before they deliver. There is no minimum order value for this, so please expect it on every order.
For all other countries, any customs, duty or brokerage fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the true value of every order and can't mark packages as gifts or change the declared value.
