My experience with this seller has been quite negative. I was honest and factual with my complaint, but he accused me of wanting to return an item because of the scale being different from the scale of the other items ordered. I ordered 3 items for different purposes, so the difference in scale was not an issue at all. I ALWAYS read item measurements before buying something. He tried to discredit me by pointing to his number of sales and reviews, but that doesn't invalidate my complaint. The seller's condescending and rude messages and publication of my name without my consent in his original response are very unprofessional. The way a seller responds to issues with an order does matter. I hope he will treat people with more consideration going forward, and I hope no one else has a negative experience like the one I've had.
