Unpainted wood miniature casement window in 1:12 scale, with two single-pane sashes that swing outward on pin hinges beneath a projecting head cap. Glazing is not included, and back trim is sold separately. Paint or stain to match your build, then install it into your own wall opening, using the window jamb dimension below to size the opening.

I'm building a doll house requiring these items (basement small windows and double door.) Couldn't find them anywhere else. Most vendors were sold out of both. I got the last ones that the providing vendors had. Thanks be to the providers.
