Keep paint out of the grooves, because paint left in a groove fills it and the sashes will not fit.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eTo build each sash, insert the bottom piece into the groove (picture 3). Then insert the two side pieces and glue them to the bottom piece (picture 3). Peel the protective film off an acrylic sheet and slide the sheet into the grooved frame (picture 4). Last, insert the top piece and glue it in place so it covers the top edge of the acrylic (picture 5).
