Processing time is usually around 1 to 3 business days depending on order size, we ship all domestic orders by Canada Post, US orders by USPS / UPS and International orders by either Canada Post or USPS.

Please also make sure the address you entered at checkout is up-to-date. We are unable to see / use your PayPal's address.

Although our items are listed with their respecting scale (1:6 or 1:12), but since their actual 1:1 size vary in real life, it's better for you to check the dimensions in the description page and compare them to your dollhouse items BEFORE placing an order. Also, some products are extremely limited, we can't guarantee that we can replenish all sold out items. If you have a "?" in your head, don't hesitate to send us a message. :)

To reduce the carbon footprint generated from the packaging material we use, we are transitioning to a system from single-use plastic to an alternative material. In the past few months, some of our customers may have noticed, we are now using paper bags made from recycled paper pulp and some other recycled material. By moving a step forward, I hope we can get a better environment for the next generations and for all other lovely creatures. However, if you still prefer to pack with all new material, please let us know and we are happy to do it at no cost to you.

Due to the clearance process at Customs, International shipping (other than US) can take from 2-4 weeks or longer to arrive.

Note: Please keep all miniature models away from children. Our products are intended to be remodeled, for decorative use only and it can not be used as a cookware.
